We are hiring a Brewery Assistant / All rounder at Prancing Pony Brewery.

Location: Prancing Pony Brewery – 42 Mt Barker Road, Totness SA 5250

Employment Type: Permanent Part time – Minimum 30 hours per week, with view to become full time.

Brewery Assistant Role Summary: 

This is an exciting opportunity for a person that is willing to work across several areas in our Brewery, including Logistics, assisting Sales and Merchandising, Events, Beer tastings, assist Production and Beer delivery.  

Brewery Assistant Key tasks:

Support the Sales, Warehousing, Production and Logistic teams in all aspects of beer production and sales.   

• Complete sales order and data entry in our in-house system.
• Pick, pack in warehouse and beer delivery to venues and stores (B2B) within the greater Adelaide Area using company van.
• Assist in the brewery restaurant with stocking up and merchandising.
• Conducting tasting events at liquor stores
• Merchandising and sales support for off premise (Liquor stores, bottle shops, bars)
• Participate with beer festivals set up, pack down and selling.
• From time-to-time assist the production team with beer packaging.
• At all times represent the brand in a professional manner.

Experience and Skills:

• Motivated and confident person with outgoing personality
• Must have a minimum of 3 years work experiences in a customer service or related area.
• Must be 25 years or older and have a valid, full Drivers licence.
• Forklift licence desirable.
• RSA – or willing to complete.
• Good communication and computer literacy skills.
• Energetic team player
• A passion for manual work, with a ‘no task is too difficult’ attitude.

Education / Qualifications:

• Completion of secondary schooling and or trade qualifications are desirable.
