The Prancing Pony is an award-winning Brewery Restaurant in the Adelaide Hills.
This herd of ponies know a thing or two about long flavoured beers. Award-winning beers with bold, big malt flavours and amazing hop aromas that capture the senses.
Head brewer, Frank Samson is forever on the hunt for the next brew sensation. He has had a long association with brewing and works closely with his team to ensure traditions and innovations are upheld and passed on.
PRANCING PONY BEERS
We are an ‘all grain and all hop’ brewery, which means we brew our beers using malt, hops, yeast and water, only (excluding our special release beers, we like to bend the rules sometimes!).
We draw inspiration from traditional recipes for many of our beers; and for others, we experiment with non-traditional hops, unusual malts, or brewing and fermenting technologies.
Common to all our beers is our intention to create quality, award-winning beers with long flavour. So we push the boundaries in our never-ending quest to craft beers that are – rarely tame, but always reliable.
AWARD-WINNING BREWERY RESTAURANT
Located in Totness, in the Adelaide Hills, on the outskirts of Mount Barker, the Brewery Restaurant is an award-winning family friendly brewery. We have a full kitchen offering and a wide menu selection of pub classics and specialty seasonal menus.
The Brewery Restaurant has an inviting, welcoming social atmosphere, and offer live music on Sundays. We also cater to non-beer drinkers with a selection of quality wines, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages on offer.
So, come and get together with family and friends in our dining room, or in our beer garden, and well behaved dogs are very welcome!
