Spice Thief Gin

The smell of Mediterranean food served on colourful plates, the sound of words, foreign, yet warm and familiar. This was Alexander’s upbringing, the gentle lout that finds it impossible to talk without gesticulating elaborately with his hands.  

This gin tells the story of his love for spices. The Spice Thief Gin has gentle wooden flavours, sweet and herbaceous and a balanced softness yet edgy aromas of Juniper, Coriander, Cardamom, Nutmeg and Star Anise. 

Best enjoyed in the company of good friends and meaningful discussion. Serve on ice with a slice of lemon and a drop of bitters, top up with a tropical fruit juice to create an uplifting cocktail that will stimulate the senses.
