Pagan’s Empire

The dark gods of dunkness conspired to bring us this gift, resinous to the core. A Rye based IPA, included with blood shot eyes and that happy dumb look a freshly domesticated dog would have had 10,000 years ago. The unmistakable thick resin aroma wafting out the foamy head of this beauty will make you come back for more. Oh Dude, don’t tell us we’ve crated a monster. We can hear the drums rumbling in the distance and see the early dudes dancing around the fire. The Pony says: “wait another 5000 years and they’ll create beer”.

A Pagan’s Empire is a single IPA with Rye in the malt bill and resinous hop blend, with a nose of spices, pine, hay, grapefruit rind and passionfruit. A smooth, malty backbone, rounded, but assertive bitterness, lingering for a crisp finish.
